Our destination is no more than 10 minutes away from the city centre, if you require accommodation, we advise finding somewhere in central Manchester.

The festival will open on the following dates & times: 

Saturday 27th of August 11am - 11pm

Sunday 28th August 11am - 11pm 

Last entry on both days is strictly 3pm.

The Summer of Love is a strictly aged 18+ event. We operate a challenge 25 policy and all those who appear under the age of 25 will be asked to provide evidence of their age by a valid photographic ID (UK Driving Licence, PASS 18+ Card or Passport).There will be strictly no entry to those who are under the age of 18. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds to those refused entry on the day.

There are no dedicated parking facilities located around the venue. We would advise using local transport or taxis.

The Summer of Love is a non-camping festival. There will numerous hotel options available in the city centre which can be found here.

No food or drink of any description is permitted into the festival.

There will be a great variety of food stalls onsite offering a wide range of food including organic, vegetarian and vegan options.

There will be a large number of bars selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol.

We will be operating a challenge 21 policy if you look under 21 we will ask you for ID so please do not be offended.

There will be no external alcohol permitted into the venue.

There are no cash machines on site and we encourage a cashless operation. 

We accept both debit, credit cards & bitcoin. 

The following items are not permitted on site and will be confiscated at the main entrance. 

Glass – no glass is allowed anywhere onsite for safety and environmental reasonsIllegal substances
Legal highs or any other psychoactive substances
Nitrous oxide and/or whippers
Portable laser equipment and pens
Unauthorised professional film or video equipment
Drones
Audio recorders
Megaphones
Air horns
Gazebos
Spray cans
Marker and paint pens

Chinese or sky lanterns 
Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)
Sound systems, portable or otherwise
Unofficial tabards or reflective jackets
Unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos
Excessive amounts of food and cigarettes may be refused entry to the site

The Summer of Love does not condone the use or possession of illegal substances.

All individuals including staff, crew and artists will be searched on entry, refusal to a search will result in ejection from the site – all individuals found in possession of illegal substances will be ejected from the festival and handed over to the police.
